These terms apply to this website and to text messages from Corevia Construction Group ("Corevia", "we", "us"), a trade name of J & M Roofing Contractor LLC, 4422 S 73rd St, Tacoma, WA 98409.

SMS program

• Program name: Corevia Construction Group customer messages.
• What we send: messages about your request, such as scheduling and confirming your roof check or estimate, appointment reminders, estimates, and updates on your project. We may also follow up if you started a request and did not finish it.
• How you opt in: by giving your mobile number in the chat on our website and agreeing to receive texts, by texting us first, or by asking us to text you. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Message frequency: varies with your request, typically a few messages per request.
• Costs: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed. You can rejoin by replying START.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, call (253) 861-5992 or email coreviaconstructiongroup@gmail.com.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
